Application:

For bonding materials used in the electrical, electronics and toy as well as in the rubber industries, also for precision mechanics and the optical industry. Not suitable for glass.

Characteristics / Directions for Use:

This product sets very fast and will lead to excellent unstressed and vibration-resistant bonds. Surfaces have to be free of dirt, grease or oil. The parts to be bonded have to match perfectly. For gaps up to 0.5 mm, the limit here needs to be established by prior testing. One-sided application is sufficient, afterwards join the parts to be bonded immediately. The adhesive reacts with humidity and this causes setting. If the rel. humidity is <40 %, curing may be difficult. When the humidity is normal, the setting takes place within a few seconds, max. a few minutes (depending on material properties and ambient conditions). Our Application Technology Department and our Application Specialists will provide technical data to assist you in your choice of an appropriate product for your requirements. Cleaning:

While still liquid, the material may be removed by using acetone. After curing, it can only be removed mechanically (e.g. emery paper).

Storage:

The product should remain stored in properly closed original containers, dry and cool (2 – 8 °C), but not below 0 °C. For best-before date, please see container label.
