Application:

For short-cycle, daylight presses, caul sheets and glue applicators.

Characteristics / Directions for Use:

Separating effect for the presses when PU, urea, melamine and resorcinol resin glues are used. The separating agent is to be used in all cases where the adhesion of glues and adhesives to press, pressing device, form presses, belt and pressure roll needs to be prevented. Apply small amount of separating agent with clean rag or brush. Glue remnants can easily be scraped off with a wooden spatula. After this procedure, coat again with separating agent. Basis: mineral oil Appearance: light yellow Density at 20 °C [g/cm³]: approx. 0.90 Our Application Technology Department and our Application Specialists will provide technical data to assist you in your choice of an appropriate product for your requirements. Please observe the information in the section “Remarks”.

Storage:

The product should remain stored in properly closed original containers, dry and cool (15 – 25 °C). For best-before date, please see container label. After the elapse of the best-before date, it is essential that you again verify that the product is fit for your intended application.
